We love the simple modern style in this apartments located in an old traditional building nearby the sea and the old town.

What to say, when everything is just as you expected, or should I say "hoped to be". The apartment corresponded totally to the pictures and everything was functioning perfectly.
A special mentioning for check in. Easy, efficient, friendly and not stingy.
Also, I liked the area. Barceloneta is great! Low key yet close to everything.

Excellent location with loads to do and easy travel options right on the doorstep. Good clean accommodation, small but perfectly equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet given the location, would recommend to anyone. Albiol who met us was friendly and informative.

We arrived late in the evening and the convenience of having the codes for accessing the apt were ideal, we were able to drop our bags and find some much needed local food and drink! We wanted for nothing in the apt, it is impressively laid out with gorgeous bathroom and all you needed in a kitchen. The location was impressive with a beach view and a 20 min walk into the centre of Barcelona along a lovely port walk. I would highly recommend this accomodation, best of both worlds .. beach and city break in one!

Perfect rooms in a perfect location. For kids just fantastic, since it is so close to the beach.
Very clean and the service was just great.
Rooms are well equipped with kitchen stuff.

Note:
Please repair the seals of the shower doors. After having a shower the bathroom was always under water.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastic location by the beach. It was nice and clean and comfortable . The best place to come back to after a day in Barcelona centre . Excellent information given by Cesar about where to go locally. Highly recommended.
