We arrived late in the evening and the convenience of having the codes for accessing the apt were ideal, we were able to drop our bags and find some much needed local food and drink! We wanted for nothing in the apt, it is impressively laid out with gorgeous bathroom and all you needed in a kitchen. The location was impressive with a beach view and a 20 min walk into the centre of Barcelona along a lovely port walk. I would highly recommend this accomodation, best of both worlds .. beach and city break in one!

Perfect rooms in a perfect location. For kids just fantastic, since it is so close to the beach.
Very clean and the service was just great.
Rooms are well equipped with kitchen stuff.

Note:
Please repair the seals of the shower doors. After having a shower the bathroom was always under water.

Lovely little apartment in a fantastic location by the beach. It was nice and clean and comfortable . The best place to come back to after a day in Barcelona centre . Excellent information given by Cesar about where to go locally. Highly recommended.

We were a cupple staying here for four nights and days. Very cosy, convenient, and cenral little aparment. We liked it a lot and woukd definitly lke to reurn. The informtion given before und during were all we needed.

Just perfect. There was everything you need in the apartment, even umbrella for the sun. There was three of us sharing the apartment and the one who slept on the sofa-bed said it was great to sleep. Everything you need for great holiday is near,beach, grocery store, restaurants, bars etc. Barceloneta is great area to stay. Evenings and nights are quite peaceful but still El Born , Barri Gothic etc. are very close. We loved to stay evenings also in Barceloneta area because there was not that many tourists and atmosphere was just great. Have to give thunbs up rot the roof terrace too! Such a great place to spend time early evenings. We will DEFINITELY come again :)

We stayed with Barceloneta Suits the second time and we are absolutely enjoyed to live in the apartment. Perfect location just 1 min from the beach, 15 min from Gothic quarter, a lots of nice restaurants around, but very quiet in the night, apartment very simple itself, but comfy and clean. Also the managing staff is extremely helpful! We are visiting Barcelona every year, so it’s not a question where we will stay next summer :) highly recommend!

Excellent communication with owner. Alibol met us at the apartment and was very helpful. Told us all about the area etc, where to eat, what to do. Also left us a bottle of cava in fridge which was very kind.
We stayed in the Carmen apt- it is in a fantastic location. Close to beach, shops, tapas restaurants, bakery & supermarket. The apartment is fantastic, located on the first floor with a great balcony. This was our second stay at this apartment & it is perfect in every way. It has a fully functional kitchen, air con , really everything you need! Thank you - we had a great time! Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We reserved this apartment mostly based on the location which seemed to be perfect for us (near to the beach and also city center), and price. Building had a very narrow stairway and our apartment was in the 5th floor so there was quite a lot of carrying to do. So it might not be for a faint hearted, but we thought it was just a charming. We got a very warm welcome, good instructions for the apartment and some guides how/what to do/explore in Barcelona. We also got a bottle of Champagne which was a very nice surprise. We enjoyed it in the roof terrace which was the best part of the apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed, it was better equipped than any of the apartment hotels we have been before. Location was excellent like we thought it would be, it was easy to go everywhere. Only complaints we had was that we didn't get a safety box to work (we could have ask help from the staff, but we thought it was not necessary), and some noise outside in the night. But in overall we would recommend Barcelonatesuites most highly and it propably will be our accomodation also next time we come to Barcelona.

Absolutely perfect suite in Barceloneta. A few blocks away from the beach and some great restaurants. Suite was very clean, spacious furnished nicely. A nice authentic experience. The staircase is narrow (as they would be in all buildings in the neighbourhood!) so keep that in mind when booking the 5th floor suite! I'd book it again and again, though. The check-in/out experience was flawless.

It was a nice stay. We had a good time.

Very friendly, uncomplicated service. Apartments are located near to the beach, bike rental, supermarkets and nice restaurants. Tiny but nice balcony for coffee in the morning. Nice view from rooftop terrace. 5-10 minutes walk to Metro station. You can easily walk to Ramblas, Barri Gotic, Born...
Apartments in Grau di Torras have no lift and the stairs are quite narrow and small, but if you travel with light luggage and not very big suitcases, it shouldn‘t be a problem. All in all - I‘m sure, I‘ll be back!
