The contemporary styled apartment is located on a safe and quiet residential, pedestrianised street, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and marina or 10 minutes walk to the city. There are lots of bars and restaurants just outside the front door and several supermarkets close by too. The apartment is very well equipped, however I would suggest that an iron would be a very useful addition to the room. My only criticism is that the bed was quite uncomfortable.

Very pleasant impressions remained after living in this apartment. Excellent location ... convenient to get to the center .. Well, of course, proximity to the beach and many restaurants and cafes. The only negative were the noisy neighbors in front of the next house. And the rest I am very satisfied! Will be back again!

We had a really nice stay in app. Julio. It is walking distance to everywhere but at the same time it is quiet at night. Just around the corner there is a play ground, so you can watch your kid playing while having tapas at local bars :)

We had a great family stay in Barcelona.

Apt was great value for the price and wonderful location.

Great location and a neighborhood with a great local vibe. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes from Elborn and Barri Gothic, The appartment itself is perfect for a vacation. Would definitely suggest friends to stay there. Forgot to mention there's a nice market a few minutes away and quite a few restaurant and tapas place around.

Nice clean place. This was the third time we stayed in Barcelona and the third time in appartement Pepa.
This is a great place to stay. Right in the middle of all the best places. You have to visit Jai-ca and Bombeta.

This was the 4th time we stayed in Barceloneta, and the second time in Apartment Thiago. The Apartment is perfectly located by the Beach, with all commodities you need around you in the neighborhood. The Apartment is well equipped with all you need.
I highly reccomend theese Apartment for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Barcelona.

Even with only two sunny days at our five days stay this time, it was lovely to be "at home" in Barceloneta in "our" apartment.
We even got a bit sunburned after some ours on the roof terrace. The apartment has a simple and nice design and with our tablecloth and a flower we really are at home.....

For those who have any experience with appartments in Barcelona; this one is quite big! 2 bathrooms to 2 bedrooms.
It’s modern, all the facilities you might need are available.
Before arrival you receive a code for opening the door. No need to wait for an employé to hand over a key!
And we were welcomed by a complementary bottle of sparkling wine.
A 1 minute walk to the beach maken it a great location.
One point of approvement: the pillows are almost non-existing. Way too thin!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much. Everything you need is near by. Beach, bars and restaurants, metro en the citycenter. Not to much tourists in this colorful neighbourhood. Ofcourse there is streetnoise but that means this place is alive..

The apartment is maybe small but perfect for the needs of 2 persons. Good atmosphere and clean. Its so nice to have your morning coffee at the roofterras. Or your glass of wine on the street balcony. The stairs are a challenge with heavy suitcases but we met Thomas, very helpfull!!!
