Great location and very comfortable accommodations.

Lovely apartment in a great location, the neighborhood isn't the quietest, but its local life carrying on and part of the charm.

I went for the grand prix so prices higher than normal along with all accommodation in Barcelona at that time. The apartment has everything you could need - the stairs are indeed very steep and narrow, I definitely recommend.

This was our second stay in these apartments visiting family in Barceloneta. Location is excellent, close to the beach and restaurants.
Communication with host was good, check in easy and Albiol who met us was informative. Very good area and quiet at night. Apartment was clean and as described. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax. I would stay here again if returning to Barceloneta. The metro is approximately a 10 minute walk and can get you almost anywhere in Barcelona. Lockboxes so you can leave you luggage after checkout are useful.

We love the simple modern style in this apartments located in an old traditional building nearby the sea and the old town.

What to say, when everything is just as you expected, or should I say "hoped to be". The apartment corresponded totally to the pictures and everything was functioning perfectly.
A special mentioning for check in. Easy, efficient, friendly and not stingy.
Also, I liked the area. Barceloneta is great! Low key yet close to everything.
